Browser & Shopping problems may be solved with the following tips to refresh stored information!

If you experience odd problems and have difficulty when shopping it may be because your browser is storing outdated information.

All shopping sites use ‘Cookies’ to ensure correct function of a site when you make a purchase or add items to the basket. If you have problems completing the shopping or get incorrect or multiple entries, try the following:

1) Shut down your browser and reopen it with a blank page.

2) Clear the browser’s history completely for stored data.

3) Make sure the ‘cookies’ are also cleared, but left ENABLED.

In the FIREFOX browser click the TOOLS tab and then ‘Clear Private Data’ as shown below:
FirefoxClear

In INTERNET EXPLORER click the TOOLS tab then Internet Options. Click ‘Delete Cookies’ and ‘Delete Files’. It is also wise to ‘Clear History’ while you are at it:
IE-Clear

You will find that most, if not all, odd problems will disappear when your browser now has a ‘clean plate’ and no old information stored.

At this point either restart the browser, or, hold down the shift key while clicking the ‘reload’ page icon. You will now have a fresh start without old information.

We hope this will assist you in a more pleasant browsing and shopping experience.

By the way, did you know that pressing F11 will allow more of the web page to be viewed. F11 toggles the view by removing some of the tool bars.
