Upon receipt your photo equipment will be inspected and assessed. A written report with our service recommendation and cost estimate will then be forwarded to you for consideration.

If you have a Digital Compact Point-and-Shoot type camera you should read this page first, and ALWAYS contact us BEFORE sending it for repair.

When you are ready to submit the equipment please download, complete and enclosed the Repair Order Form (link below). Using this form ensures all relevant details are provided for safe handling of the equipment.

Pack the equipment in a sturdy box with at least 5 cm padding (bubble wrap or paper) around it. Forward by registered or insured mail to our mailing address Camera Check Point, P.O. Box 7078, Dubbo NSW 2830.
