Should you have your film camera repaired?
Let us assume that you own a good quality SLR camera such as a Minolta SRT or X-300 series, Canon FT or TL series, Ricoh KR or XR series, Pentax SP, K, M series, Olympus OM1 or Nikon FM & FE models: - You have several extra lenses and other accessories - - You like the camera and you are familiar with its use - - You can take great photos without having to read the instruction book and the camera has some sentimental value!
Did you answer yes to all of the above? Then you have a good reason for having your existing familiar camera serviced because:
- You know how to use it and you won’t need to learn new things.
- You will be able to use your existing lenses and accessories.
- Repairing it will be less than the price of a new camera plus accessories.
Our aim is to restored your camera to the best possible condition so it will provide many more years of fine photography service. Therefore if we accept your camera for repair you can be assured that it is worthwhile restoring.
Obviously there are times when service is no longer possible or economical to carry out! If we are not reasonably certain that your camera will restore well we will let you know! After all we give a solid warranty on our workmanship and we want it to last.
