 Repair Service Warranty:
When a COMPLETE SERVICE (overhaul/refurbishing) is performed on your camera or lens we provide a full 12 MONTHS warranty.
The warranty covers all work performed, all parts supplied, and we also cover new faults that may occur spontaneously subject to the terms below.
Additional Cover: If a valid claim is made within the first three months of a Complete Service we will restart the full 12 months warranty from the date of the claim!
Warranty Terms:
A Spontaneous Fault which may occur during normal use will be repaired without charge of labour. However, the cost of new parts, if required, is not included.
Some conditions are outside our control and we do not cover faults which are directly or indirectly attributable to external causes or accidents. This includes shock, impact, liquid or sand intrusion, battery leakage, tampering, or improper care and use of the equipment.
Cleaning and Treatment of lens elements and viewfinders for fungus or other foreign matter is performed as best possible, but we cannot guarantee that particles will not reenter the unit or that residual marks will not be present where fungus has affected the coating. For this reason further cleaning is not covered by our warranty.
WARRANTY - ALL OTHER REPAIRS:
This includes partial repair services, replacement of external parts or covers, mechanism reset after impact, minor adjustments, contact cleaning, etc. Such work is covered by 3 MONTHS limited warranty.
New faults, hidden or unreported faults are excluded from warranty.
CLAIMS:
If you believe you have reason to claim warranty service please contact the workshop for preliminary consultation. Some problems may be solved without resubmitting the equipment, but if not, we will give you details on how to proceed for speedy resolution.
